Uniform Alteration Sign Ups

2nd Phase fittings will occur as follows below.

Wednesday morning for Boys from 9:00 12:30

This next phase of fittings will be to have the seamstresses pin for alterations.  ALL students are required to attend to determine whether alterations will be required and to have pants and jackets hemmed.

All bibs will also have buttons sewn in so we can place a stirrup.

If you did not attend the meeting last week, we have hired seamstresses to do our alterations.  This year, the pants are required to be fitted. Tightly.  No bunching of excess material.  We are going for a professional Marching Band look.

The cost of the alterations will be paid by parent/students. If pants require altered $12. If Jacket is required price will be $5 and up depending on how much is needed.  We will notify your student on that day what the amount will be. Please plan to have the amount turned back so we can pay them upon pickup of the finished articles. For all alterations, you are paying for pinning, sewing, removal of old seams, pressing and sewing of buttons.

Please work with us to get your students to these required fittings. Not attending may require you to go on your own to meet with the seamstresses . We have deadlines and they are working with us.

They have agreed to come to us to make it easier on all of us.
