7:30-8:00pm Laser Tag Tournament Finals against Directors and Drum Majors
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Each family needs to enter their friends and family contacts ASAP. Go to http://www.kellercentral.band/callathon to submit contacts and for more information. Each student needs to enter their contacts by Friday, July 29th and bring their cell phone and charger to the Back to Band Blast. All students are expected to participate in the Call-A-Thon. Students receive 75% of the collected donations into their personal account for use toward reducing their student fees owed.
Please plan to eat and purchase snacks at the Back to Band Blast. We will have fresh grilled burgers and dogs as well as an assortment of chips, snack, ice cream and drinks. All proceeds will benefit the Student Leadership Executive Board and the KCHSBBA. The Toadally Ice sno cone truck will be back as well. Cash, Check and Credit Cards accepted for Booster Concessions. Please plan on cash for the Toadally Ice Truck.
Infinity Test Drives
We tried to get multiple vehicles to attend this year, but they are only able to bring a single vehicle for test drives. We need you to be patient and still participate in this event. You simply stand in line, get in the luxury SUV, take a one loop ride around the school, and fill out a survey. No personal information of any kind is collected. We receive $20 for every adult who completes the survey after riding. This is a critical component of the night, please do not leave without taking the test drive and filling out the survey.
Water Bottle and Ice Pops
We need every family to contribute two cases of water bottles and one case of Ice Pops for use to hydrate our students over the entire marching season. Please bring these with you to the Back to Band Blast and follow the signs to drop them off.
This popular event is back and promising to be bigger and better than ever. Each participant will pay and sign up at the door for $25.00 each. The time spent on the course is well worth the money. All students are expected to participate, and friends and family are highly encouraged to join in on the fun! Cash, Check and Credit Cards accepted.
CONCERT & AUDITIONS
Please plan to bring your lawnchairs and shade and join us in the courtyard for the debut of the Fire Flies Show. Everyone needs to be in the courtyard ready to go by 5:45pm
Families and Friends should plan on staying for the entire event. This is not a student drop off activity.
