I tried calling tonight to ask for your help sponsoring me for band this year.  Your support will personally help cover the cost of my participation. If you are interested in helping me, you can get more details at www.kellercentral.band/donations.  If you decide to help me, please include my name in the notes section at checkout.

WHAT TO EXPECT

All students participate in the Call-A-Thon fundraiser. 

Students will be provided a hard copy of the contacts they submitted online.  Students who did not submit contacts online are still required to participate.  They will need to transfer the information by hand to their race form on the night of the Call-A-Thon. 

Students must bring their cell phone and charger.

Students are expected to be friendly and confident when asking for donations.  The students will be provided a script they can use when making their solicitation calls.

Students are encouraged to ask for donations from extended family, family friends, neighbors, and to be creative in thinking of adults that could support the band financially.  If their contact agrees, the student will ask to send them a text message with the online link, or give them the opportunity to receive an email with the information included.  Contacts who do not have the ability to receive a text message or email, can be given the mailing address to send checks.

Students will return their "call sheets" to the Volunteer in charge of their area at 7:30pm
